We make touring easy, with online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show Government Issued Photo ID to tour our community.
We are proud to call City Lofts an affordable community for our residents. We are an income restricted property which means you must meet income requirements in order to qualify to live at our community. To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria to qualify all applicants which we would be happy to cover in detail if you'd like to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our leasing agents.
You can submit your application by stopping by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $40 per applicant and a holding deposit of $200 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 385-464-1440 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.
We are excited for you to call City Lofts home! Move-in expenses include your 1st months rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time.
Your rent payment will consist of your monthly rent plus any other service you have signed up for and will be due on the 1st of the month. Water, sewer, trash, and gas are all included in your rent. Your washer and dryer and 1 parking space are also included in your rent. Separate from rent is electricity through Rocky Mountain Power. To pay your rent, simply create a login to your resident service portal and you will be able to pay by electronic check, credit, or debit card. Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction**. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours. You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our resident portal! You can also call 385-464-1440 to request help from our maintenance team. You may choose to be present and give us a preferred time to come by or you may give us permission to enter in your absence. *Tip you can download our resident portal app for more convenience. Look up RentCafe Resident on your preferred app store to have easy access to your resident portal.
We are proud to call City Lofts pet friendly! Our monthly pet rent is $40 and an additional deposit of $400 is required. We are located just 8 minutes away from Liberty Park that has a space for your pets to go play! Learn more about our breed restrictions.
Yes, we have a parking garage on-site for residents and we include one parking space free of charge. There is no resident parking on site.
City Lofts is proud to offer a smoke-free environment, including all amenities plus indoor and outdoor spaces.
Students living at City Lofts attend Whittier Elementary School, Hillside Middle School, and Highland High School. For more information about schools in our neighborhood visit Salt Lake City School District learn more. We are also conveniently located near Salt Lake Community College and Univeristy of Utah.
Yes, we offer in home washer and dryers in every apartment.
Yes, we partner with Atlas Disposal to provide trash service on site. Trash chutes are also available on site.
